Background:

• Work experience - Prior to joining Gaylord & Kelly, LLC employed by Deloitte & Touche as a senior   accountant.   Responsibilities included administrating audits of SEC engagements

• Joined Gaylord & Kelly, LLC in 1993.  Current responsibilities include overseeing all office work, client contact, business development, preparation of tax returns, client business planning, business valuations, and small business consulting.

Kristin G. Kelly, CPA, MST - Partner

• Currently enrolled in the Institute of Certified Divorce Planning

Background:

• Work experience - Prior to joining Gaylord & Kelly, LLC employed by Grant Thornton as a senior accountant.   Responsibilities included performing and supervising audits, reviews, and compilations for small businesses.

• Joined Gaylord & Kelly, LLC in 1992.  Current responsibilities include tax planning and compliance, financial statement and tax return preparation , small business consulting, and divorce planning.
